Primoris focuses on food ingredients such as glucosinolates, quercetins and carotenoids. For these three food ingredients we offer the possibility to analyze on project basis. The results can be helpful for determining the value of your product or rest product but also for sowing seed companies and plant breeders.

There is actually no legislation in place for food ingredients such as glucosinolates, quercetins and carotenoids.
Analysis methods
Primoris’ analyses are mainly based on gas and liquid chromatography. For carotenoids, glucosinolates and quercetins we use the LC-UV.

Legislation | Inorganic arsenic in cereal, rice and babyfood
On 06/03/2023 the European Commission published regulation 2023/0465 regarding the maximum levels of inorganic arsenic in certain foods.
As of now we will analyse maleic hydrazide (MH) using LC-MS/MS instead of UV, resulting in faster and more precise results.
