Expansion of our sales team: Who is your contact person?
The past few years, Primoris has grown in various aspects. Started as a lab with mostly Belgian customers, our clientele focus and support have led to clear international growth.
In order to keep raising our support level for all our clients and because we attach great importance to a personal approach, we have made some changes in our sales team by appointing a dedicated market manager for international clients outside of Europe.
From now onwards Hugo van Usen will be the primary contact person for most of these international customers. Hugo previously worked as our market manager for the Netherlands and has played an important role in the growth and support of our customer base in Europe. In the Netherlands, he’s being replaced by the newest member of the PRIMORIS sales team, Dutchman Stef Desserjer, who is the new market manager for the Netherlands.
More than ever, your reliability is our priority. With the above change in our sales organization, we want to show our commitment to you in providing the best possible service and being a reliable partner in your search for food safety.

Our customer care group is reachable from 8h until 17h15 on weekdays.
For urgent matters, we can also be reached outside office hours on weekdays until 21h00 and on Saturdays from 15h00 until 19h00.
