The journey of your sample starts with the registration of all the necessary data into our Laboratory Information Management System. This information is on the one hand necessary to ensure a correct processing of your sample, but on the other hand also provides you with a sufficiently detailed analysis report when the sample leaves our lab again. In order to make sure all information is registered correctly we have an online tool Extranet, in which you as a customer can register your samples on the go: anytime, anywhere. Using this tool allows you full control over the registration details and for recurring samples you can create a template that fills out certain fields in advance. Furthermore, when the samples arrive at the lab, an Extranet registration allows for a swift start of the sample preparation process.

However, it does not stop there, because apart form registering your samples, you can also follow up your registered samples and even check all of your results. In addition, you can compile reports on all the samples sent in a given period of time. So, in short, a wide array of advantages!
